Pete and I moved into our new home on March 27, 1998. Jeff Satula was our builder, as you know. There were some things that hadn't been done at the time on the house, also some things we wanted to add, and we gave Jeff what we called our "Jeff List". We have been extremely happy in our new home. The workmanship on this house far exceeded our expectations. Jeff and the young men working for him were always polite, considerate, conscientious, ambitious and willing to go the "second mile". We hadn't experienced this in the last two homes we had had built. In fact, we were so disgruntled with the home we built in DeWitt, we said we'd never build again. Jeff and his crew certainly changed our minds. They did a wonderful job and the "Jeff List" was taken care of in a timely manner.
